Been picking up old Teiscos here and there for a couple years now if I find 'em cheap. They're fun for a change and some of them have great tone (as you can see I'm a sucker for the May Queens - they're a little pricier and a LOT harder to find)!

No, that's our go-go girl and sometimes she even sings a song. She tried to do the vocal part when we recorded that one but didn't have enough "bite" - Maybe because we weren't really whipping her...

About the vocals on "The Whip"... I took a sound clip of the best part of an orgasm from a porn movie, mixed it with the studio-recorded whip cracks and that's the result.

One last thing... she doesn't look like Amy Drughouse in real life, see:

I just got a Teisco from my cousin. I had to have it fixed cause it was in bad shape but now it's awesome. And yes, the pickups are microphonic indeed. You can hear the strap rubbing against the body of the guitar.
