Permalink Replacement Mosrite roller bridge?

New Topic

Looking for a good replacement for my Mosrite roller bridge. Where do I buy it?

Mel Waldorf or Deke Dickerson might know

Dodger,
You might contact the Ed Roman shop in Las Vegas (romanguitars.com) as a last resort. Ed was making Mosrite clones before his passing. He always claimed that the Mosrite name was legally his (that was to laugh at). Apparently, his shop is still going.
If you find the bridge you need, be prepared to shell out several hundred bucks. Ed's business had a history of high prices. Figure that erstwhile tradition continues.
Other than that, Japanese Mosrite parts pop up on Reverb or Ebay from time to time. They aren't cheap, either. Or perhaps, Hallmark Guitars might be of assistance.
Hope this helps.

You can also contact Bob Shade from Hallmark Guitars. I picked up a nos mosrite bridge from him.

Definitely, contact Bob Shade at Hallmark. The new Mosrite style bridges he sells are made better than the originals (better materials and tolerances).

Anyone tried the Moslike stuff?

Among the bridges here are Mosrite copies. They also offer vibratos.
