Permalink USB Mic for recording guitar

Has anyone got any experience recording guitar with one of these?

I’m not recording my own stuff (yet) I record myself playing on my iPhone and thought that I’d like to get some better recordings that pick up the nuances that the guitar, amp and the Surfybear produce

Sorry, my previous post didn't answer your question, but can't delete, so I'm editing.

Amp is a fender Vibro champ reverb, was trying to keep the budget around the 350 mark

The whole usb mic was just one option I was looking at, open to suggestions

Last year I was choosing USB mic for mostly the same purpose, iPad recording, but my friend talked me into getting Focusrite Solo bundle saying that I will be selling this mic soon and getting good audio interface with xlr mic. I am very happy that I did so. Probably this will also work with you.

Thanks Samurai will look into it

I definitely recommend what Samurai said - get a regular mike and a USB interface. You'll get much better results for recording guitar.
