I've got an ol Strat I've had for damn near 15 years. I've got some massive flatwounds on them. Massive. I love them, not sure what they are - but hoping someone knows where I can just get some big big strings. I want to say they're Dick Dale sized. But I couldn't find anything that big in my small-brain Google research.
Any help? Also, for all those wondering (all zero of you), the neck never warped and the trem is usable!

Here's an old thread with some great info, I found kick_the_reverb's information particularly helpful.

And here's a website that sells single flatwounds if you want to customize... https://www.stringsandbeyond.com/singlestrings.html#/?Catalognxtcategory=Single+String&search_return=all&Catalognxtwindingshape=Flat+Wound

You could use a D'Addario Chromes 7 string set and toss the top string. That'd leave you with a 15-65 set, and you could replace the second string with a 19 or so if you want more than a single plain string.

If I toss the top string are the rest all flatwounds? I like them all to be the same

No, if you read the post SandBug referred to, you'll see that after tossing the lightest string in the set, the 15 is the only plain string left. I wish that there was a way to have all wound strings in this gauge.

You want a flat wound high e string? I’m not sure that you’ll find one in a gauge that will get you there without a crazy amount of tension or breaking. Even running a wound b string is going to be very very tight if it even holds up.
At that point, you could just buy a bass vi string set and see what happens. Those are all giant flats.
Also, you better have a block in that strat trem with all that tension.
Either way, best of luck.
