I've bee watching this on the local craigsilst. I'm currently in Bloomington IN visiting family, thinking about driving down.

Exactly!
I dig this guitar. I've wanted a Mosrite since high school, and had sooo many opportunities through the 90s, but no money. Now they're insane (thanks, Kurt!)
I bought a Deke II last year, and it's awesome. But I still want the Mos style.

I've read about the more, ahem, idiosyncratic aspects of original Mosrites and was pleasantly surprised by the Hallmark. Easy to play, versatile, and well-built. I'd still love to try an original Mark V but this has been great in the meantime
