Permalink WTB: Fender Jaguar (FOUND/CLOSED)

New Topic

Good day! Looking to upgrade from my squire jaguar to a Fender jaguar. Interested in the following versions:
62 American Vintage reissue
American professional series
Fender jaguar MIJ
Vintera series

If you are looking to unload any of these, shoot me a dm w/price. Looking to spend no more than $1500 depending on series. Located in San Diego and open to picking up anywhere in SoCal. Otherwise i'm willing to pay actual shipping cost if needed. Many thanks!

Hey HappyHodad! I wish I could help you there but I'm actually down to one Jaguar. If you were interested in a Jazzmaster, I have a few of those!

Anyway, I went to high school in Rancho Penasquitos at Mount Carmel HS (Poway district, though) and it's great to see Sandy Eggo represented here!

Welcome to Surf Guitar 101, HappyHodad. There are maybe a half dozen (?) San Diegans here on the forum. Technically, I’m out in Lakeside.

-Cheers, Clark-

-Less Paul, more Reverb-

Thanks for the warm wishes!

Very excited to report a surfguitar101 member came through and I was able to purchase a neat Jaguar he had built.

Matt22 - Very cool area to grow up in. Jazzmaster might be the next guitar in the collection.

Reverbenator - I've been lurking on this site for a year or so now. It's been great to catch up on the topics from years past as I've only been playing surf guitar for 2 years. Hoping once the pandemic is under control can catch up and jam with others in SD.

congrats on the new guitar ...and YES you will need a JM to go with your Jaguar , they are alike in some ways but really different feel and sound . and welcome to the forum

Congrats HappyHodad and welcome to the site!! Another San Diego surfer here...I'm in Encinitas. Post some pics and tell the story of your Jag when you can.

Hey Ben - sure thing i'll post something once it arrives. Hopefully sometime next week. Encinitas is the best! I lived off of Saxony for almost a decade, how fast it has changed. Cheers!
