Permalink Hand Wired 6G15 Stand Alone Reverb Unit

New Topic

I built this reverb unit for my own use a couple years back. My goal was to make the very best 6G15 that I could. It follows the blackface Fender schematic and layout with a slight modification to the power supply to make it a little quieter and more stable. I sourced all the best components available. It's setup with Tung-Sol reissue preamp tubes and a NOS Sylvania 6K6 power tube. The tank is a Belton/Accutronics model that I chose after auditioning several brands. The reverb cables are Mogami with gold plated connectors.

Looks really great, and fantastically clean inside. Great wiring. I have no need for another 'verb unit - but if I had my old tweed 59 Bassman I'd have been all over this.

Good luck with the sale.
