I posted this in Craig's List , OC, California
You can see the pictures on my CL ad.
I included 2 of the pictures here.
https://orangecounty.craigslist.org/msg/d/mission-viejo-fender-avri-jaguar/7159915477.html
This is an AVRI ( American Vintage ReIssue ) Fender Jaguar
I'm selling because I don't play any more.
It has a couple dings in it. See pictures.
I replaced the bridge with a Mustang bridge, which is a much better bridge. I don't have the original bridge.
It comes with the original case, original tortoise pick guard ( not pictured ) and cleaning cloth.
I am including a guitar strap ( not the original strap )
On Reverb.com, the cheapest AVRI for sale is more than $1400.
I will not accept anything lower than $900.
You pick up. I will not deliver.
I don't know the exact year it was made.
A Fender serial number search lists it as :
AMERICAN VINTAGE ‘62 JAGUAR® (1999-2012)
Thanks for looking.
Dave

Hot damn!
Message sent.
I live about 3 mins away from Mission Viejo, so not a problem for pick up.

It’s not stolen. But it’s a steal! Someone buy this before I do.

No stolen, as far as I know.
I bought it used for $900 from some guy I didn't know
& never saw again.
Likely a craig's list ad, but I don't remember.
He added the dings. I added the bridge.
My final big sale appearing soon, maybe tonight.
A '65 Showman head & cab with a JBL 130F speaker.
No tone ring. JJ tubes.
I don't know the year of the cab.
I bought the cab from an old sax player who took up the bass
from a Craig's list ad, shortly after I got the head.
He also lived or lives in Mission Viejo.
He said DD played through the cab, but I can't prove that.
He said he played sax for DD & got paid only $35 for his session
work. I recall him saying something like "That cheap SOB".
I showed him the John Blair surf book & he talked a little about what he did. It was years ago, so details are largely forgotten.
I wish I had his name & emails when we corresponded, but
computer hard drives fail on me regularly & I lose emails & other
important files I will never see again.
I hate old school hard drives. I curse them & they hate me.
I'm thinking $1400 for amp & cab.
I much prefer to sell the amp & cab together
so they can be played by somebody who is interested.
I better sell it now before solid state amps make these obsolete.
At last year's DD tribute at the HB pier, a surfer referred to DD's amp as a Shoeman amp. I'm surprised nobody threw a shoe at him & konked him on the head with it. Surfers can be such gremmies when it comes to surf
( rock ) music.

Yes, thanks Jeff, Armond Frank sounds correct.
I haven't heard from Armand since, not that I expected to.
