Permalink Transducer replacement

New Topic

I recently picked up my nice old pre-Belkin Accutronics long tank that I'd had lying around on the bench for a year to put in an amp, only to discover that the output transducer now has a broken wire.

Are replacements available? Is it a standard part from mouser etc. or do i need to cannibalise another tank?

I'm aware the transducers all have different outputs according to the alphanumeric code on the tank.

Self-update: I'm thinking the answer is to get a cheap replacement tank with the right output impedance and swap over the transducers. I have disassembled and reassembled a tank before so i know it's possible.
