Permalink Print and Broadcast media targets for record/CD reviews

New Topic

I'm looking for contact names/addresses of magazines/fanzines and radio broadcasts that would make good, appropriate targets for sending review copies of surf instrumental CDs and vinyl LPs.

There are the obvious ones such as Goldmine, Pipeline, Vintage Guitar, KFJC (Cousin Mary), KCR (Clint Beachwood), Luxuria (Jonpaul Balak), etc. But, I know there are a few more that I'm not remembering or aren't aware of. Not only would it help me at the moment, but it would also help bands in the future who release CDs to have a list like this.

So, names and addresses please of fanzines (like Sean Berry's Continental), magazines (like Guitar Player), and ongoing radio broadcasts (such as those on KFJC, KCR, etc.) that would be good targets for sending out review copies of your CDs.

Bumping this for some responses. Any blogs that review surf?
