See ya there!

Who are the voodoo surfers ?
I can't find anything from them online.

New band, guitar player from
Black Magic Beach Party

bent bass playing for benter results

Nobody who likes surf comes to these anymore.
People that live in other states wish they could.
Bands that play only come to the one they are on.

Even the public turnout is low.

Jeff, I like surf music, and I have been to every Surfin' Sundays concert this year. I greatly appreciate the work that you, the bands, the volunteers, the sponsors, and the HBISM do to make these concerts possible. I am also fully aware of how fortunate I am to be able to attend these shows. You're correct, surf fans from outside the area would love to attend. Attendance varies throughout the day and, other than in the morning, seems fairly good overall from what I have seen. Insect Dave is a regular attendee (and dancer).

Huntington Beach is a rolling party at the pier and bikeway all summer. Tuesday night market night street fair and such. Schools back in now and agendas change.
I'd say the turn out for this last one may have been at odds with the O C fair going on, and a off road sand racer show at the same time, both in the general area.
I could be wrong.
I know the exit from the 55 freeway was about one - two miles long as I went by.
My grandson and I ate at the In N Out in Costa Mesa on 19 th street. It was packed there.
