A BIG announcement (we think so, anyway!): after several months of uncertainty and wringing our hands, we are ecstatic to report that the Ancient Winds LP - yes, LP!!! - WILL be available for sale at the convention this weekend!!!! Yes, folks, you read that right - we are releasing Ancient Winds on beautiful vinyl!!!! The very first Madeira LP! It was made possible by Chris Foresman and Multipurpose Records, to who we are VERY grateful! Big thanks are also in order to Ferenc Dobronyi for redesigning the album artwork for the LP; Tom Borthwick for mastering the album for vinyl, and Sean Berry and Double Crown Records for their cooperation with the whole venture! You're all princes among men!
We hope you all enjoy hearing the Madeira on LP for the first time ever! (And don't forget that we'll also have brand new Stephen Blickenstaff-designed Ancient Winds t-shirts for sale at the convention!)

Just got confirmation from the pressing plant that the copies being shipped to SoCal for this weekend will be in the beautiful translucent blue! Only a limited amount of those will be available.

Hey Ivan! Don't mind if I do! Let us know when we can order!
Your first vinyl in 17 years? It is such a great feeling, congrats! I've always consumed all of your work and can't wait to experience Ancient Winds again, for the first time in a non-CD format! I remember fondly the day my Tsar Wars and Interstellar Stomp LPs came in. I honestly remember the temperature of my room, the smell of the vinyl, everything!

Tien picked me up one of these at SG101 - can't wait to get it in my hands and more importantly on my turntable!
