John was just at our Royal Aces gig Tuesday night, looking hale and hearty. Terrible news.

This is awful news! John was one of the most unique, interesting, and kindest people that I've known. RIP, Tuck.

I have such good memories of seeing John at shows all over the USA. He loved our KFJC surf battle and supported KFJC in every way. In shock, this is a huge loss to the surf music family..

What? What a great guy who really loved live music and especially surf music. He traveled to almost all of our shows in the past 5 years or so. I was looking forward to seeing him again in June. I will miss talking to him and seeing him out there with his cameras. RIP

Oh! ... I'm shocked. John captured in photo many special moments I'm gonna never forget. Really sad ... gonna miss him this Summer.

When you have to shoot ... shoot! Don't talk.

Tuck was one of the nicest & friendliest guys I've ever met, and an incredible supporter and fan of live music. The SG101 convention won't be the same without him.

RIP Tuck. Enjoy all the awesome live shows in the great big venue in the sky!

This is a horrible shock. Very, very sad. RIP John. Sad

Just saw this on Facebook. I first met John in 2012 when El Ray was doing shows up to the SG101-convention. He was a very nice and cool guy. I've since been following his many great posts and pics on Facebook through the years.
