I found a great deal on Reverb a couple of weeks ago for one of my bucket list amps, the Fender Vibro King, built back in 2000. For a 17-year old amp, she sounds great. The tone is surfalicious!

I think those are the best modern amps Fender has made. I've seen Eric Clapton, Jimmy Page, Pete Townsend, Tom Petty and many others playing those (usually with the 2 x 12" extension cab) and each one sounding great. If you don't mind sharing, what did you pay for it?

Agreed! I paid $1570 ($1495 + $75 shipping) on Reverb. In the past, I've seen used VKs go for a bit more which is why I jumped on this one.
