Are you dead set on them being Podcasts that you download n listen to when you want?
If not there are over 10 DJs that do shows on the weekends on
North Sea Surf Radio.

I was kind of hoping for the download and listen. I love north sea surf but I can only make it work on my computer at home.

Well I was just fixing to post this and here's a brand spank-me new thread! Catching a Wave with Jammin James Riley! This is a great old school style broadcast with plenty of surf instro but also a mix of vocal tracks and rock n roll like a station used to do many a year ago. Oh, and I'm on the show for the 2nd time along with The Ventures, Auqualads, Link Wray, The Chantays, Chubby Checkers (!), Annette Funicello and many many more.

Fun Fun Fun!
