I like this one a lot. The Tailgators are a roots-rock band from Texas that play mostly vocal tunes. Led by guitarist Don Leady, they occasionally play some really cool surf-adjacent instrumentals. Don was one of the Big Guitars from Texas in the mid 1980's, and is a Texas legend.
