Calling all southern Ca surf bands!!!!
Howdy y'all...
The Pyronauts are going to be heading to the so-cal area in July and we have almost everything situated. However we are having trouble finding a show (paying?) for July 5th, 2007. Afternoon or evening is ok. Also the 7th is a little 'iffy', but we're working on it. Any ideas, or hookups? Any help would be appreciated. We're not just looking for a venue, we would love to hook with any other surf band down there!!! Even a party would be cool.
Here's our current schedule for the tour
July 4 - Baja Cantina
July 5 - ? (clint beachwood in afternoon?)
july 6 - Whistle Stop in San Diego w/ The Sand Devils
july 7 - (in the works) suggestions?
July 8 - HBISM!!

Hey Pyrobob....I will send an email blitz to all 46 bands in my entourage regarding the need for a gig July 5th in the San Diego area and see what they come up with. Take care and good luck. BTW Water on your Surf & Destroy Cd is helping soothe my soul while I recover from all this heart trouble. Water may have been a happy accident, but for me it's a blessing in disguise. Goes to show you never know what effect your creations have on your listeners when you are creating them. Thanks for creating beautiful music and of course thanks for the Cd. Your friend Linda

I'm really glad to hear that our song has had such and impact on your situation, and I'm sorry to hear about your health situation. I hope all is well and wish you a speedy recovery.

Oops... Ok, I geuss I screwed up. Because of contractual obligations to the WhistleStop, we can't have another gig in the CITY OF SAN DIEGO. However, San Diego County is OK. Hell, anywhere in the southern california area would be ok. Sorry for the confusion, we just want to play as much as possible!!!!!!!!!!
