This originally was a kind of short scale Jazzmaster, but I decided I needed a better platform for my Bass VI(ish) needs than what I had before, so I converted it to this. I put a sticker between the pickguards to cover the old holes from where the bridge pickup used to sit.
30" scale Danelectro neck, Compton bridge, GFS Jazzmaster pickups, and push/pull volume/tone that includes high pass filter and series/parallel switch.
It sounds pretty awesome.
