Hi everyone. Im new to the site. I joined cause i thought somebody would help me. Find the ventures backing track of runaway. I know about. Karaoke vwntures best 13 cd but its like $50 thats alot just for one song

But if anyone could help. I would reall apr it thanks

Welcome to the forum

FWIW I made a crudish backing track for that in garbageband. Its a bit slower than the ventures original version - more like Dell Shannon's tempo, but probably good for learning. If you PM me with your email addy, I'll flip you a .mp3 version.

if you have the original version of ventures / runaway, through the free program of audacity, you can block out the lead guitar track. You hear it very faintly, but still works. That's a great tune to play.

Yeah i tried it with adobe audition 3. But it ruins the quailty of the drums looking for one i could record with. Ill try audaicty though

This site has some 'Shadows' version of Ventures songs backing tracks, excellent site
