Posted on Jan 23 2007 06:52 PM Jake Both blackface longtail and brownface fender logos are no longer available as parts, a short time ago I was looking for a blackface longtail fender logo but $50 bones on ebay yikes and that was a re-issue logo, Fender still makes them but not as parts anymore only for the factory amps they crank out, your best bet is to cruz ebay every now and then to find a brownface logo and also look at the buy it now section. I might have a brownface logo that I took off my tan 62 tank I need to check my parts box same place I found the white cream pointameters for Eric's tremolux last September when you guys came over. Kyle, did I tell you I was refinishing the '65 Bassman in rough blonde and oxblood? Actually, I'm not redoing it, the guy building my cab is recovering it. $50 for retolexing which include the tolex and grille cloth. Not a bad deal. Also, I ordered a brown face plate in the blackface set up. Top
