Permalink The Sidemen - go too far ! OUT NOW....

New Topic

Dear friends and followers of The Sidemen,

not without pride do I announce to you today the release of The Sidemen’s first long-playing CD album into the wide open space. It’s called “The Sidemen go to far!” and let me tell you: This title fits the content of the album like an old fashioned bathing cap. If you’ve seen the band on stage (and we’re awfully sorry if you haven’t yet!) I don’t have to tell you that the tunes sound as if they’d been put in a time capsule in the late fifties which had been cracked open by use of a flux capacitor consuming 1.21 Gigawatts. Now the Instro Gentlemen managed to reproduce this energy in the studio and put it on a shiny little disc which they neatly placed in a classy digipack (that’s the cardboard thing with a tray).

Well, in what other respect do The Sidemen go too far you ask? I’d say in all others! They recorded in their own studio, produced the record themselves, did the pictures and artwork themselves, founded a label to release it on and paid for the whole thing from their own pockets. I guess it doesn’t get more independent, does it? Oh, yes, I forgot: To top it off, the distribution’s in their hands, too. Well, actually, they put me in charge since the guys are already engrossed in their work again. So here’s the deal:

If you want to order a CD, please transfer the sum below (including packaging & postage) to:

Send 18$ with PayPal to order@twistzentrale.de

And don’t forget to tell us your adress cause as far as I know the band they’d just keep the money and go for a pizza.

As soon as we got your hard-earned money we’ll have the space taxi ready to send the record to you, hoping you’ll enjoy it. And if you do, don’t you dare make a lousy copy of it but tell your friends to order one too!

Have a nice day,

Yours
