Hi Bob,
Thanks for letting us know.

Maybe we check if a CD release would be worth it for this summer tour. Or maybe we can arrange a deal with one of the US labels, if so I'll let you know.

Any way, if you buy the Vinyl you'll find an extra sleeve where you can cut out a CD cover. So the only thing you have to do is to burn those mp3s and cut the sleeve Wink

Chris, are there any plans to put this out on CD? I prefer the CD medium over donwload and/or vinyl.

The band will be sending over about 50 copies of the LP
to sell at shows.

Hope some people will buy some, and they don't have to ship them back home.

A great band, they impressed me so much at Surfer Joe's that I got nervous having to follow them. I'm looking forward to NOT following them next week at Forbidden Island Big Grin

Their album title reminded me of this little gem (Non-Surf Content)

Danny Snyder

aka El Gringo Viejo of Combo Tezeta
aka Mycroft Eloi of The TomorrowMen
aka Shecky Shekels of Meshugga Beach Party

It was the best of times, it was the blurst of times

Totally have to agree with Danny, Los Venturas were the breakout band at the Surfer Joe Fest. So shamelessly doing their own thing, finding yet another evolutionary path for the surf kernel that never popped.

I told ya they were good.
Wink
Last time they were here I saw 4 or 5 shows of theirs.
I don't do that for just any band.

Well, Jeff, I reckon they have changed quite a bit since you saw them. They sound nothing like their early albums.

It was the EP that had just come out when they were here,
that pointed me in that direction, and the songs they were playing
while here the last time.
As they were recording the LP at Pete Curry's place,
and playing some of those songs live.
