I've got a brand new Dipinto Galaxie 4 guitar for sale. This one happens to be the Pink Sparkle version (w/white neck and stars for neck position markers and a Jaguar/Jazzmaster trem assembly). It comes with a black hardshell case. Absolutely no issues with this guitar. It looks, sounds, and plays fantastically. The only reason I'm parting with it is because I have two of these (I use the other one for Surf and Country).
I'm looking for $350 (shipped) or if you have an old beat up Bandmaster or Bassman head to trade, let me know.
Pictures upon request, but honestly, it looks just like the one on the Dipinto site. Thnx

Just cash. or are you interested in trading for some LP's?
I have a nice collection of vinyl that I am willing to thin out.

Cash is preferred or some poor old Fender amp might be a possibility (with money toward the amp to make up the difference...depending on what it is). Meanwhile, I'm pretty vinyl rich at the moment.
I'm in Richmond, VA...

I understand 100%.
I could convert the vinyl into cash, but I am sure that I would blow it on something stupid like bills or gasoline.

Any SF Fender would do really and, since I do my own amp work, it can be in less than pristene condition. Princeton Reverbs are ideal. AB165 Bassmans and AB763 Bandmaster heads are good too. Obviously, I'd kick in some $$s to cover the difference.

I ordered the Los Straitjackets model not too long ago. I'm hoping to have it in my pretty little hands by the end of the weekend. It's too bad I didn't catch this sooner. I would have jumped all over the price reduction.
Good to hear nice reviews about it though.
Good luck with the sale.

I have Epiphone Galaxie 25 with Reverb Amp that is in the same value range you are looking to trade. It is in good condition and is a loud 25 watts. It was moded to reduce the hiss these amps were knowing to make in their prduction years. It is very eye catching. It is the Black Tolex model. It is single channel and all tube. Weighs about 35 lbs.

Hmmm...that's definately tempting, but I think I'll probably pass. I've got a lot of amps in this general range, so it probably wouldn't get used much. By the same token, I've got a lot of guitars in this range too which is one reason I'd like to part with this DiPinto if I can.

Cool. There is a local shop by me that has LSJ Galaxie 4 and they are interested in doing sme kind of trade. But your deal would have been sweeter.
Think you might be able to post a pic? I might be able to get the go ahead from the wife for cash. Valentine's Day is just around the corner.

Kevin - Here's the scoop on the Galaxie I have for sale
I've got a brand new Dipinto Galaxie 4 guitar for sale. This one happens to be the Pink Sparkle version (w/white neck and stars for neck position markers and a Jaguar/Jazzmaster trem assembly). Absolutely no issues with this guitar. It looks, sounds, and plays fantastically. The only reason I'm parting with it is because I have two of these (I use the other one for Surf and Country).
I'm looking for $300 (shipped...comes with hardshell case) or if you want to save a few more bucks, I'll do $275 with a gig bag.
Drop me a line if you want to see some pictures upon request, but honestly, it looks just like the one on the Dipinto site. Thnx

Wow that is a really good deal, but I don't think pink matches my style. Thanks though!
