April Birthdays 
I ended up buying both a Jaguar and a Jazzmaster. I can only keep one, though, and the Jazzmaster wins out by hair, as I just prefer the longer scale.
The Jag is a brand new Fender CIJ Jaguar in Old Candy Apple Red (a darkened CAR) with a slightly aged-looking white for the pickguard. PICS available. Rosewood board, of course. Includes hangtag, "manual", allen wrench, trem arm, and Gig Bag. I'll also throw in two sets of D'Addario Chromes (.011) flatwounds to get you surfin' right out of the box!
I've had it for about four weeks, and it's never left my house. The plastic is still on the pickguard. Heck, the original strings are still on it! I haven't taken it out of the case since I got the Jazzmaster a couple of weeks ago.
I paid $915 shipped from Japan less than a month ago. Asking $875 SHIPPED (to US lower 48; $850 plus actual shipping costs to anywhere else).
