Permalink New Crashmatics song - "Beyond the break"

New Topic

Hello fellow SG101'ers!
We've just recorded a new original song called "Beyond the break". Give 'er a listen and let me know what you think. The direct link is below.

We recorded this song differently than we have with others in the past.
All tracks were recorded into a Macbook, using LogicPro software.
Both guitars were using the new Fender Mustang amp. The lead guitar was also using a Fender FRV-1 reverb pedal.
Bass was connected directly into the Mac. While the drums were recorded 40 miles away and the track was emailed to us and dropped into the recording. It was a first for us... and we're kinda surprised how well it turned out for a bunch of garage hacks!

Cheers!
