Thanks Tim , now we just have to get them to play in Adelaide and Brisbane

And Canberra! I think you guys have more of a chance of eventually seeing them than we do.

If they play Canberra you might be lucky to see an Oil's reunion

That just saved me a trip to Australia. Thanks mate!

i just bit the bullet and ordered the import from amazon.

Here's a bump for this thread.
This album gets lost in the shuffle and overlooked, but should be appreciated because it is frikkin' amazing!!!

Insect Surfers
The Tikiyaki Orchestra
The Scimitars
Lords Of Atlantis
Fiberglass Jungle - Surf Radio

Nice bump, Jonpaul. I somehow missed that "I'm Branded" cover video first time around...

In the 1 hour interview that Jim from the Mermen did recently,
he mentioned this band, and that they were inspired to start playing
in part, because of the Mermen.
I believe Brian Richie has played on and off with Jim and some of his Shi-tones shows.

Here is a PDF of Rob Hirst describing the recording session here

I'm happy. Hungarian (I'm hungarian too) gulyás helped the guys to make this brilliant stuff Smile

original compositions (low-level demo stuff /out of tune, etc) myStuff not my best, but i don't like to be in a musician community without anything to show

Have any USA guys been able to buy the download for this CD via I-tunes? I get directed to I-tunes AU and then it send me back to I-tunes USA and never lets me purchase. (I'm having trouble justifying $40 to buy this via Amazon or Bombora.) But at $16.95 for the download, that's doable.
