Brothers, Rich, Eddie and Mitch have dug in down in Eddie's "Boatwerx Studio" rehearsing to record a new Surge! CD. Sticks Stechkin will be joining us shortly. We have a very special track to record first. At this point, it's probably about three weeks away. Plans are for fourteen tracks, all originals, with a completion date of Feb 1. I have read the "Creative Commons (Attribution, Non-Commercial, No-Derivatives) License" link and have to admit that I'm still not clear on what it is trying to spell out when it comes to submitting a cover song. Is it OK, or no? Sounds like as long as you give credit to the original author there are not further issues? Top
