Yes, that’s CV 60s Squire Silver Sparkle. No mods besides 12-52 flats)

Awesomeness! I’ll definitely check out those tracks… I loved the last one you linked to!

I’m torn between grabbing the Silver Sparkle Squier or a 40th Anniversary Jazzmaster….. too hard to decide! Have you tried the 40th Anniversary Squiers yet? According to all the reviews I’ve seen it’s Squiers best guitar yet……

On mine, the arm stayed up for about 3 days before it worked "droopy", and also developed a slight but annoying rattle. If you're in Europe, a Staytrem arm is a cheap and excellent fix. If you're in the US, an "AVRI" or "AV" trem is a better all-round fix as you also get a lock and usually a better pivot point, though the arm set-up on it is inferior to the Staytrem.

I love that appearance with that arm, but I didn’t see one like that at StayTrem.

I will definitely suggest the AVRI tremolo, for any Jag’/Jazz’/VI.

I have, at the moment, five StayTrem items on order, and the wait time has consistently been listed as 26 weeks. To me, it’s worth it. My AVRI trem works pretty well, but I expect that the swinging trem arm problem will show up in time, so I think it’s worth the wait. I also ordered StayTrem bridges for my Bass VI and my Warmoth Jaguar build. I’d be thrilled if they showed up today, but I can wait. I like the concept of using nylon to prevent the tram arm from flopping about.

There's a simple reason why the wait is so long - they're popular, and they're popular because they're great.

As mentioned several times elsewhere, I also had a nylon-sleeve fitted to my Jagmaster blocks to similar effect. It's so simple, but so effective!
