I was just notified that--without any promotional effort by me or anyone I know of--"Improper Tango" was in the top ten songs of the day (yesterday) at a radio station in Australia. It was the only instrumental of course. How long has it been since an instrumental became popular on the radio? It is the first song on the "Reverb Rockets" album. Is "Improper Tango" that good? Check it out at Insanitizers.com or insanitizers.bandcamp.com Below is the message I just received on Facebook: Isaac Banks Daily Top 10 Tracks on Banks Radio Australia (04 Jan). The "Reverb Rockets" album just appeared on the major streaming services Spotify, Deezer, Tidal, Apple Music, Amazon Music Unlimited, and others. Just search Insanitizers and it should appear. I did not find it on Youtube today, maybe it will appear later. The tracks vary widely in tones and feel. —Insanitizers! http://www.insanitizers.com Last edited: Jan 17, 2023 09:20:08 |

The Reverb Rockets album just now became available on physical CD, at insanitizers.bandcamp.com The first two songs (Vaccine Tango, Wild Loco Motive) are updated from the original versions. Wild Loco Motive resulted when I aimed to write a song with a feel similar to "Gogo Dancer" by The Ventures. It has its own feel and sound. In my songwriting the result rarely sounds like my first idea for it. —Insanitizers! http://www.insanitizers.com Last edited: Jan 17, 2023 09:30:10 |
