Permalink TC Electronic BAM 200

I've just bought one of these TC Electronic BAM200's as a bass amp. It is tiny, not much bigger than a pedal and kicking out 200W into 4ohms. It has a DI output, also a headphone socket.

Has anyone else explored these as a clean surf amp? I played my guitar through it with a reverb tank, and it was very convincing. Haven't played it loud, but as a clean amp it ticks a lot of boxes. I think I'd be tempted to use this at a small gig.

If you're keen on a minimal set up it's a contender. Here in the UK they retail at £130, or about $150USD

I'll have to check it out. Also, 200 watts can handle a lot more than a small gig!
