Permalink surfybear v1 static problem

New Topic

i recently picked up a surfybear v1. i am noticing i am getting static when at certain times when playing.its not always happening, but its more times than not. i havent had a surfybear before so im not sure if this is common, but i did have an ehx oceans 11, and the spring reverb effect didnt do this. so i think i need to replace/repair something. i am thinking the springs might be going?
has anyone else experienced this? if so, how did you troubleshoot and fix it? thanks for the help.

You are much better off emailing service@surfyindustries.com than asking here.;)

We are always available to help, but don't always see posts on SG101 or social media, so contacting us directly is always best. If you also spend time on surfyindustries.com you will find lots of useful info in the product pages and our FAQ!
