Hey everyone - I'm new to the forum and have always been a fan of instrumental surf music. I decided to try my hand at writing and recording a song - I'm on bass and guitar - and it was a blast! Check it out -

Dig it! Nice choreography, too! Big Grin

Yes , dancing girls always help my music!
Cool

Wow, what an introduction! Welcome! I really dig the organ and the overall vibe. I wonder what or who inspired you to make surf music?

@websurfer - thank you! I have always liked surf music but always played more typical cover band and written more in the roots/Americana vein. While being locked down this past year I have been playing more guitar (I'm primarily a bass player) and since I can't sing I was focusing on riffs and it just sort of fell together. A friend who plays organ and loves fun and quirky types of music jumped on it and added the organ part which really makes the song fun and much more interesting. I hope to do some more - I appreciate your comments!

Great! I look forward to more. Smile

I agree, ten thumbs up. A really refreshing change of pace. I too, dig the Farfisa patch.

Well played, "newbie."

Eddie (all thumbs) Katcher.

Traditional........speak softly and play through a big blonde amp. Did I mention that I still like big blonde amps?

Very good. Smile

Aw shucks - thank y'all!

When I hear this I picture myself on Gamera's back while patrolling the skies over Tokyo. Keep up the good work!!
