Thanks! You’ve done a service, so at least the sum of your experience wasn’t 100% bad. I got a sweet ass custom decal from a dude on OSG, I think he’s in Italy or something?

Bummer to hear this. Not only bad printing but the scale is waaay off!! I bought some Fender decals for my Squire Bass VI through Luthier Decals a couple of months ago. They were decent quality but not great... however they did work out fine for me. I figured the price was right so I took a chance. As I recall $10 including shipping. When I was looking there wasn't a lot of options from other vendors out there. If anybody has a better source please let us know.

When I bought my Squier Bass VI the previous owner had done the same. I think it's kinda weird TBH, to replace one brand logo with that of a different brand. And yes, they are related of course, but still.

I've thought about replacing mine with an obvious fake logo ('Surfer' or perhaps even 'Faker') in the Fender/Squier style. I just need to figure out how to make such a decal myself.

I know what you mean, and I would never try to pass my Squire off as a Fender...that wasn't the reason. I don't intend to sell it..I just like the aesthetic of the Fender logo on the otherwise very Fender looking guitar. And, it was a fun project
