Celebrate the end of the summer with an afternoon of surf and good time beach vibes.

Live surf music, vintage surf and hot rod films and surf and Hawaiian tunes all day long.

Live music from
Secret Admirer – Masked surf rock all the way from Edinburgh making their Newcastle debut.
The Milk Lizards – Surf punk from the North East coast.
The Spiratones – Traditional surf from Ulverston.

All three band feature on the new Surf Britannia, released by Sharawaji Records.

£5 on the door, tickets available from The Cluny.

Doors at midday. 12pm to 4pm.

Thanks Martin. This has been arranged by Mike and the Milk Lizards - so props to him/them for pushing surf in the UK.
We're still trying to figure out a cool way of doing a multi-band thing in the Spira's neck of the woods - we'd certainly been keen for the Miramars to appear.
