Thanks so much for the awesome (multiangle!!) videos, Dave! They're fantastic! What a great memento of a great day!

(BTW, our SG101 convention set will soon be available as a live CD, recorded and mixed by Mark Linett of the Brian Wilson/Beach Boys fame - oh, and MANY other huge names! We just got the mixes yesterday, and they KICK ASS! Stay tuned!)

Thanks Ivan. The Madeira did kick butt as always.
Very groovy about the Mark Linett recordings. Did Mark record other bands at the convention?

Yes, he did! There WILL be a comp coming out soon of the entire convention - two tracks per band! Stay tuned for that also! VERY exciting!

Am I being silly in asking if there will be any vinyl discs offered from the SG101 set?

Hi, I'm Gellert, guitarist for The Fintastics.

I don't know, I'm not part of that discussion. The label that's agreed to release the comp is MsMusic Productions, and they do do vinyl. Here's some releases by the label: http://foothillrecords.com/msmusic.html
We shall see!

Information gathered from the Foothill Records website:

"MsMusic is a vinyl record label that focuses on 180 gram vinyl editions, and limited 45 releases."

However, MsMusic also has "limited edition" CDs in their catalog.

The proprietors owned a record store (Foothill Records), purchased a record label (Citadel), and then Steve Hoffman suggested that they do 180 gram vinyl releases (MsMusic).

Mark Linett has been involved with the company for a number of years.

Super rad!
