Hello good people,

I'm forming this santa klaus dressed up trio to play surf christmas songs in the streets of Porto Alegre, Brazil. I'm hoping to get some buck, but mainly i just want to have fun with it.

Other than the Ventures 66 album, what else christmas arranged as surf versions could you suggest to me? Im looking for stuff that is up tempo and visceral enough so we can play as a power trio.

Thanks,
Bruno Ruffier.

We put this together rather quickly for a local radio station a few years ago.
Easy, simple arrangement.

Thanks Ed!
Every time I hear this medley it puts a smile on my face, remembering Kiwamu and I trying to throw it all together in a morning, last minute session. Good times.

Happy Holidays to you as well.

Jeff

I dig this medley as well, all the more because of how it came together. You two are like the two glue agents that came together from different parts of the universe to make epoxy. Laughing Fun-lovin' "Nashville Cats"

Wes,
Epoxy - I like that, thanks!
Does this mean that we're immovable and hard to work with - and, whos's the resin and who's the hardner? LOL.

Jeff

Not at all Jeff - it means tight - like a really proper wood joint.

Check out the "Electric Christmas Album" web site and you'll find lots of info on the album plus some tabs / music for the guitar players out there.

I don’t have a Xmas repertoire, but my living room is looking festive and surfy with my nebs Tele (its greenburst, it just doesn’t photo well under there) and my verb.

Hohoho. Insect Dave might've written that differently. Funny anyway, nice one. Smile
