The Luau Cinders (member/s here, genius band name!)

...and this one has always stuck with me (old similar thread):

In the 60's a group of 11 and 12 year-olds in my neighborhood called themselves "Gary and the Facemakers".

Brilliant and fitting beyond their years!

Our bassist named our band Clutch Draggin’ and the Lug Nuts on the spur of the moment, about five minutes before we played our first gig, at a car show. We’re currently in our ninth year, although we are not strictly a Surf band. Non-Surf song we recorded today, in one take.

When Surf Guitar is outlawed only outlaws will play Surf Guitar.
