Hi Geefive, Welcome to the site. That's a cool pedal. What kind of guitar and amp are you noodling with? —-Tim |

Thanks for the greetings, guys. Silverflash, Couple tele's, a custom Hollow T, Epi Sheraton and Strat into a Peavey Classic 50. I would love to get back into a small fender amp as well eventually. I Just need the Peavey to cover alot of different bases musically, and it does a pretty good job at it. |

That Peavey Classic 50 will stand you in good stead for a variety of things. Add some echo to that EL84 power stack and you can get into Shadows & Atlantics territory. Drive on happily. I had an FRV-1 for awhile, got rid of it when I got my first tank, but then had to acquire another one because it makes for a little "good enough" thing when just grabbing an amp to go jam with someone. Most important is play your guitar. —Wes DISCLAIMER: The above is opinion/suggestion only & should not be used for mission planning/navigation, tweaking of instruments, beverage selection, or wardrobe choices. |

Thanks Joelman. That's the plan Badger. I've been playing in a country band, rock band, and 2 different acoustic acts for the last few years, but I've wound down a lot of it so that I can concentrate on working on my surf/rockabilly guitar work (been mostly a rhythm guitar / Lead vocalist), a goal I've had for years, but just never had time for. Hopefully can get some chops up, and find some like minded individuals up here in the Great White North to do some gigging with. |

Hola! Welcome aboard. Don't get upset about the prices you may see here. You can play surf with a 10$ acoustic if that's what's at hand. The $ will come soon as you start robbing 7-11's. That said, there's a lot of cool stuff, cool stuff to learn, and a lot of cool folks. Cheers! —mj
