Hmmmm.... Do you think Fender realizes that Jazzmasters and Jaguars are offsets, too? Judging on the below, it would appear not....

If I think they’re just trying to re-energize the mustangs and duo-Sonics. The jazz and jag have long been popular in alternative music, so I think they’re trying to get these the same spotlight.

I think it's smart to slap P90s on the Mustang. The original pickups sounded like crap when played with distortion. And they do look cool.

Agreed with what both of you guys are saying, but it just strikes me as a bit strange that they have a whole page on 'offsets' without any mention of JM/Jag.
