Permalink motel rooms for convention

New Topic

since i didn't know if i was going to be able to attend until very recently, i didn't book a room and now i'm seeing really high prices. anyone find a decent rate. i don't want to pay $200 to spend 4 hours in a motel saturday night.

since i have a 6 AM flight out of lax sunday morning i'm just going to go straight to the airport after saturday's event, so i might just bite the bullet on a friday night room.

Hey Carol,
I just did a quick search and it looks like there's a couple of Extended Stay Hotels in the $120's nearby and a Travelodge for $102

No problem, I always do hotel searches on Google Maps because then you get a good geographical idea where they are, plus they do all the price comparisons as well.

Good luck, see you soon!

I stayed at the Extended Stay at 19200 Harborgate Way last year. It is next to a Walmart and in a bit of an industrial area. No complaints about the room and it was fairly close to the convention. Typical of ESA hotels, there was no pool or other what I call vacation amenities but the room had a small kitchen & stove.
