I don't recall if this was posted on here yet or not, but I thought it worth mentioning again if it has. Arny has published a photography book with his very unique images of mostly surf musicians. Here's what I wrote about it on Facebook...
None of us modest rock and roll bands are getting rich or even breaking even playing the music we love. We do it because we love the electricity that flows back and forth between musician and listener, and especially high energy or deeply engaging live performances are like electroshock therapy for your soul.
This book really conveys that feeling. You get to see how it looks from the bands perspectives as well as the audiences by Arny's incredible use of wide angle lenses. Somehow he manages to capture the lightning in a bottle that is a live rockandroll show. I love the photos where the camera is spinning around as if it's dancing along with the crowd. You can just feel the excitement just jump of the page. I highly recommend everyone order one of these books, and I look forward to the next one.
Arny Zona, Thanks for putting this out, along with your consistently amazing photos you continue to share with us.

Ich checked the site for ordering the book.
Informations are given in Dutch language only.
You have to log in an account what I don´t wanna do.
I just want to buy the book.
Postage is only given for The Netherlands with 2.53 Euros
which cannot be the correct price ( vinyl 45 costs already 6.10€).
The book has 116 pages and covers three styles:
Rockabilly. Surf, Fuzz Punk.
There are three different copies: paperback, hardcover and hardcover with imprinted cover pictue with prices over 40 €s.
I have too many books already and stopped buying new ones December 31st last year. The last one was "50 Years Capitol Records".
I am now ready to sell my surf and beach music books.

Thanks Danny for this great review, really appreciate it!
For those who are interested, it is a Blurb print on demand book. And it comes in two versions:
- Reverb, Twang & Fuzz - the full version (116 pages) with surf, rockabilly and garage bands
- Reverb - the light version (62 pages), with only the chapter about surf bands.
Since it is a print on demand book, prices are a bit higher than regular books. The profit margin per book for me is $1,50, not gonna get rich from book sales
You can order it here:

Thanks for this post, Danny! Back in mid-January, here's what I posted about this book on Facebook:
A few months ago I bought the book "Reverb", containing photos of many great surf music bands taken by Arny Zona Raedts, mostly at the 2015 Surfer Joe festival as well as some local shows in Arny's native Netherlands. Arny's photos are in general simply stunning, taken either from close up, putting the viewer in the middle of the action, or other interesting angles, giving a completely different perspective on the show. John Blair wrote the great introduction, and the list of bands featured reads like a who's-who of modern surf music: The Phantom Four, Messer Chups, Daikaiju, The Barbwires, The Boss Martians, Man or Astro-man?, The Bambi Molesters, Surfer Joe Lorenzo Valdambrini, and a whole bunch more, including even several of The Blair Pongracic Band playing in front of 1500 people on June 21st, 2015 at the Surfer Joe festival in Livorno, Italy! You can buy the book directly from Blurb.com for $34.59 for the softcover, printed to order: http://www.blurb.com/b/6803555-reverb-light-version It's just a fantastic memento of an incredible surf music festival as well as a testament to the dynamism of the modern international surf music scene. Highly recommend!

Reminder: this thread is 5+ years old, it got bumped by spammers. Maybe Arny has updated ordering details?

I've distributed the link for my upcoming birthday - it would be nice to have a memento of those fantastic Livorno nights
