I this where a fella would go for a tab request?

Anyone have the middle part of the Ventures' "Bumble Bee Twist" tabbed?

Thanks,
Garrett

You might want to edit your post and include Bumble Bee Twist in the subject line.

Then it goes back to the last part of the intro. Sorry, I don't have the bridge figured out yet. Hope this helps.

-Warren

That was excessively violent and completely unnecessary. I loved it.

I have it Garrett - along with a whole book of Ventures tabs.
you can borrow the book if you like.

I left you a PM with phone if you want to borrow it -

I love that song - one of my favorites.

Chris

"You can't tell where you're going if you don't know where you've been"

is that tune on one of the play guitar with the ventures albums?

We started working on that one last night using The Torquays recording as a guideline. Steve Soest does a nice job.

There is Surf east of Sepulveda.

One of my favorites! It took me along time to get the triplets timing right, but I can finally do it. I can play the tune perfectly... if no one else is around .

I think you are asking about the bridge, so I'll have a go at it, though last time I tried to post a tab it got messed up.

Play this triplet 8 times:

Then the decending notes:

Just for kicks, I made a quick and dirty audio file of the bridge I tabbed out.

If MyFileHut is working (and that is always ifffy), you can hear it at :

http://www.myfilehut.com/userfiles/15305/Demos/BB.mp3

I play each section of the tab, then I play it all together. Just to show off, I added the end Wink

Does anyone have the ending riff tab to the song? Please post if you do, Thanks.

I'm having trouble entering tab again, but I manipulated it so it kind of displays correctly when I preview it.

There are some slight variations on this, but this is the way I usually play it (it's the way I play it, or close to the way I play in the "full length tunes" section of my web page):

-6-5-6-----------------------------------------------------------------6-6--
--------6----6-5-6----------------------------------------2---------6------
