I am blown away at how the SG101 convention is growing, and getting bigger every year. and that I am getting really good bands(especially Euro bands) and able to pay them fairly decent money last couple years. But I wish that more of the SG101 members would come. And if it gets big enough, we could actually have it later in the day to night. And I would be more than excited to see someone do a big surf n garage show in Vegas, I would go. But I found my niche, and am sticking with it here. Thanks for all the bands that have and will play. Thanks to anybody that has attended even 1 SG101 convention. But Especially Big thanks to those that fly or drive from far away to attend every year. Thanks also go out to Brian who runs this site. To Jonpaul that does the flyers(and the website now) for the conventions. To Kristena(Tiki tena) who runs the facebook page. and to all of the Sponsors for the Event. Especially Double Crown Records, Dionysus records, and Radio Free Bakersfield. Can't wait to announce this years Line up, But I need to wait, and get all the bands 100% confirmed. Hopefully by the end of Feb. I can announce it. But for those that want to start planning, the Date is Sat. Aug. 10th Shows starting in Nor. Cal. the weekend before the convention. and going all the way up to Tiki Oasis the weekend after the convention. — Jeff(bigtikidude) Top
