A main-stay in my top 5 of all time. That movie is incredible!

Over 50 years later, it is still mandatory viewing.

It's been like 6 months since I had a Kurosawa marathon. I need another Kurosawa fix soon!

I did re-watch 13 Assassins recently. Not Kurosawa, but an excellent modern samurai film. Highly recommended to samurai fans.

13 Assassins is one of the very best movies I saw last year. The last 45 minutes of that movie is some of the most intense cinema I've seen. A remarkable film!

I also must HIGHLY recommend The Twilight Samurai. Fantastic movie!

Agreed! I'll need to put The Twilight Samurai in my queue, have not seen it yet.

Agreed. I loved 13 Assassins!

I'm currently watching:
The Walking Dead
Dexter
Star Trek (original on Netflix)

And I just saw Drive recently. Great movie!

ANOTHER killer movie!! Great style piece! Boy everyone is on a roll right now!

I just finished the first season of True Blood. Not the best TV show ever but kind of nice. Any of you watched it ?

I really liked the first season, but I steadily got out of it with each successive season. I think it was either vampire-fatigue or the show just ran its course.

So far, the 1st episode of season 2 was great. Let's see if it continues that way

Either you surf, or you fight.

"Reverb Junkies" DVD. Incredible! Kudos to Steve Seagren and everyone involved. This is a "must-own" DVD for all surf fans.

I couldn't post this when I was watching, but it's one of my all-time favorite movies and a yearly Christmas tradition at my house.

I watched it again the other night.
I had already forgot a few parts, great stuff indeed.
