Speechless! Whose?

This is Noel. Reverb's at maximum an' I'm givin' 'er all she's got.

Whoa ! There are some things I just can not remember. Was the "Delay" the 49th pedal or was that the "Phase Shifter" ? There has to be 90 (or so) pedals ! Is there any signal drain ? Is there any signal ? Who is the proud ownwer of this "creation" ?

Now that is a severe behavioral disorder.

Horrible parquet floor... by the way, I cannot imagine the HISSSS and HUMMMMS that all those gadgets can cause together. OMG

96 pedals to be exact... really ridiculous. Some one loves BOSS pedals clearly! The floor is not parquet... parquet is kind of square pattern with smaller strips of wood. This is just antique looking flooring... probably quite expensive as far as flooring goes. Smile

I think it's cool, it looks like a collection that happens to be wired up. There are 96 compact pedals listed on the Bossarea.com site. What does he do when new pedals come out?

I wonder how many rows are some kind of distortion, 2? 3?

I want to hear them all on at the same time (except the tuners). There should be no problem with noise because I'm sure they're all in a loop with the NS-2 noise suppressor.

It's Art!

By David Byrne, actually.

Here's a link to his page with a video of the installation:

You have understood me perfectly. Cool Off Topic

Back to the topic, it seems that some pedals are repeated... or Boss has made 96 different effects along all his history??

Makes perfect sense now. Leave it to David Byrne to think this up. Isn't this something like what Daikaiju do when they hang a few guitars around someone and let people play them? I love interactive art like this.

There is an exhibit like this at Disney World. You walk into it and your gestures trigger sensors that make music and light patterns all around the room. It is great fun and after a while, you can compose something musical with it.

Looks like it might be fun to play hopscotch on one o'these installations!
Crikey! I remember seeing Television's Richard LLoyd at CBGBs once , he had two wah-wah pedals that he would sometimes stand on and rock with both feet simultaneously on....

Those are nice paperweights except for the tuner and the tube screamer! ;D

Be careful following the masses. Sometimes the "M" is silent...........................

Says the guy with the tube talk box pedal.
Wink

Jeff(bigtikidude)

What's the 'foot' equivalent of cack-handed?

He who dies with the most tubes... wins

Surf Daddies
