Another good one I think is going to be the Malekko Spring Chicken - there's a good demo on youtube. No, it doesn't drip, but it seems to have the general character of Fender amp reverb. Probably a good choice if you don't feel like dragging your tank with you.

And if you feel that way then you aren't serious about your reverb.

I was using a Verbzilla for quite a while, but have recently acquired an Uncle Spot tank and now I can't go back. It's an amazing sounding unit!

Have you ever tried a "real" tube driven outboard unit? E.g. a Fender 6G15.

No, I actually haven't. I probably will build one from scratch eventually. I know that pedals are never going to be as good as a tube-driven tank - although what I have is pretty good. Money is tight right now for various reasons - even more so than previously.

It will be a revelation to you! I don't know much about playing the guitar or getting good tone. But something like an 6G15 will blow you away completely. It is a thing of beauty and majesty. Smile

Try the Hardwire reverb stompbox from Digitech. It is VERY DRIPPY - more so than my BOss RV-5...way more. But as with any digital pedal, it's not gonna sound quite like the real thing. But I'm thinking of getting the Hardwire myself.
