My vinyl copy arrived yesterday and this album is absolutely fantastic, as well as their appearence in Livorno last summer. Imho the best band playing this festival.

Got my CD today! Totally awesome. I've always dug these guys, but the energy from this live recording brings back to mind seeing them at Surfer Joe Festival. Of course great songs, but also Total over the top energy and showmanship. I highly recommend getting this!

great release!!!
for who is interested I still have some copies on CD at the surfer Joe store. www.surferjoestore.com. vinyls are gone already!!!

I'll also cheer about this release! Historically, I've never been terribly jazzed about live albums. Between The Madeira's Sonic Cataclysm and this, I might be coming around! I absolutely adore Tremolo Beer Gut, and this recording is tops! I hope to get the chance to see them live!

Hope to have them in the future!

I thought I had posted this earlier in the year, but I guess I didn't...better late than never. Matador Surfer was released in March of this year on Deep Eddy records.
