Danzig has an upcoming covers album. It includes a cover of the vocal version of Devil's Angels.

Love the energy. Man, what a version! (now, if he had only played it on a reverb-drenched Strat rather than a Flying...oh, well)

More cowbell?? Nah...More Reverb!!

What's your favorite Banzai Pipeline cover?

I love 'em all. Probably my favorite surf song.

YouTube doesn't seem to have The Blue Hawaiians', It's a cover of the Raybeats version. The Ventures also covered it, same version as The Astronauts but really fast tempo, almost punk!

my Favorite version of Banzai Pipeline is by the Boardwalkers
taken from the Mancini tribute cd, "Shots in the Dark" on Del Fi records.
can be heard here at the 2:40 mark,
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yp-J6AhcGcI
but not the whole song.
Cry

I love how Dan used the fuzz, and by flicking the trem bar,
got the buzzy sax sound on the original.

I really like the Danny and the Seniors cover, which I couldn't find on YouTube. Great, garage-y version with killer drumming.

That was excessively violent and completely unnecessary. I loved it.

original compositions (low-level demo stuff /out of tune, etc) myStuff not my best, but i don't like to be in a musician community without anything to show
