That's the international surf music LEGEND that is "the leader of the instrumental group The Impacts who had the international hit “Wipeout”, one of the innovators of surf music and a unique guitar player whose sound has delighted listeners for over 35 years. I love it when people call themselves legends. Sorry for the negativity but that guy has no shame. |

Tripe. But, IMO, the worst problem with this sad tune is that there is a big time offset between the rhythm section and the vocals and lead guitar tracks. Those parts are many milliseconds late. My guess is that they recorded this direct to a poorly-tuned interface on a Windows PC using headphones and paid no attention to the inherent latency of that method. — |
