bigtikidude: Valves are the round metal ports that let fuel and air into and out of the combustion chamber of a engine with cylinders. Wink

Brian: So frustrating when 60's musicians sign up and don't stick around. Seems very common.

still around, maybe somebody is looking for a shiny new bass for Christmas?

I don't need to money, so I will leave this on here for a few more months before going to ebay. I am moving in the summertime and want to thin my heard a bit before then.

Okay, I am going to take one last stab at this before it goes to ebay...

this beautiful bass is still for sale and at sweet price.

I will take better photos asap.

Waimea,

I've found that it can be difficult selling stuff here unless the item is at a giveaway price...and you are already there.

I'd suggest running an ad with good photos on the TalkBass Forum. It'll cost you $20 to get a supporting membership that will allow you to sell gear but it is worth it. I've sold a bunch of gear there in the past. TalkBass is to bass what this forum is to surf/instrumental rock.

By the way, that is a nice looking bass. Wilson Bros. gear doesn't get a lot of love here but they are good instruments for the money. The Asian home market versions are sold as Arias. Don Wilson's (Ventures rhythm guitarist) brother Tim was handling the distribution of the USA versions and to be kind, there were serious delivery issues from Day One. I have a good friend whose music store was a Wilson Bros. dealer and he had a very difficult time getting WB guitars and basses and finally dropped the line.

Anyway, good luck with the sale. That is a nice bass at a great price!

Thanks for the tip Woody.

This bass is still for sale, if anyone is interested. Yeah, I have not really been on this.

I'll try and get better pics soon.
